How We Make the Process Work for You
You shouldn't spend a day getting your vehicle serviced. With our Pickup and Delivery options at Durango Ford, we'll take care of everything - allowing you to get service when it's most convenient for your life!
- Pick It Up: Start the process by scheduling an appointment through our online scheduler. You can choose the date and time that best works for your lifestyle - no need to visit us first to establish the appointment. When the service date arrives, a service pickup professional from Durango Ford will come to you and get the keys to your vehicle.
- Service It: Once we've picked up your vehicle, we'll bring it to our service center and get to work on your scheduled service. The best part? You don't need to rely on a shuttle service or wait at our service center for the appointment to complete - we'll take care of your repair and replacement needs while you stay cozy at home! We'll let you know when we complete the services and inform you of any other necessary repair recommendations.
- Drop It Off: After we complete your vehicle's service, we'll bring it back to your location! You don't need to come to us to finalize the process. We'll call to confirm the completed appointment and ensure you're available for us to drop off the car!
